Our journey through all 50 states of America. I ran a total of 26. 2 miles in the course of 6 hours. For those who know me, I am usually more of the spiritual type, give me a marathon meditation weekend and I am all over it. But running a marathon? Well, a whole lot actually. So often I have found myself thinking. If only I was more in alignment with the universe, if only I resolved ALL of my trauma if I had a better attitude, tried harder, committed more to brain retraining, understood my bodies signals, ate better, was nicer, changed my energetic frequency, moved somewhere cleaner, devoted myself to helping others. Oh how I must LOVE big humbling slaps in the face.

Tis the season to feel proud,. When I was raising awareness that this is a real issue. Now how could I be attention seeking when I kept it to myself? Me when I say HIV is contract.
